Refund policy

At Gripinn, your safety and satisfaction are our priority. Due to the nature of our product (a personal-use body adhesive), we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the order is delivered. This ensures hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all our customers.


1. Order Cancellations

1.1 Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them by contacting our customer support team via email or WhatsApp.

  • If your order has not been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

1.2 After Dispatch:

  • Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.


2. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

In such cases:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order ID.

  • Upon verification, a replacement or full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
