Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (India) – 3 to 7 business days depending on location.

Express Shipping (Selected Cities) – 1 to 3 business days (extra charges apply).

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a specified value.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with your tracking details.

You can track your order via the courier partner’s website or tracking link provided.
5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two attempts for delivery.

If delivery fails after the attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping will incur additional charges.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

In case of damage during transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with our courier partners and issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India. International shipping options will be announced in the future.
